Montreal Open Mic Comedy Nights
A focused weekly list of Montreal open mics and mixed rooms for comics who want stage time. This page auto-refreshes when room data changes.
Last updated: October 20, 2026 at 11:05 PM | 8 active open or mixed rooms.
Looking for every room type? View the full Montreal comedy listing.
New to open mic? Start here
- Find a mic and go to it.
- Write 3–5 minutes.
- Time yourself. Most rooms only give you 3–5 minutes, and running over is the fastest way to get cut off.
- Watch a room before you sign up. Turn up early, see how the sign-up list actually works, and get a feel for the room before you're the one on stage.
- Sign up early. Spots often fill fast or go first-come-first-served, so don't leave it to the last minute.
- Expect to bomb sometimes.
- Find your local comedy community. Search Facebook groups, local Discords, or just ask other comics after a set. Most cities have an informal network that knows more about what's really happening week to week than any single website, including this one.
